Anti-Crushing Device LLC is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our Anti-Crushing Device (ACD). We understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Please read our policy carefully.
Returns
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for domestic orders, and within 45 days for international orders.
- The ACD must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Due to the nature and purpose of the ACD as a safety device, we reserve the right to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our return criteria.

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Shipping Costs
For domestic returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
For international returns, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund will include the full purchase price of the ACD ($550.00).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account for domestic orders, and up to 15 business days for international orders.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective ACD:

- Provide photos of the damage and your order number.
- We will arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is requested before the item has been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
International Orders
For international orders, please note:
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
- These fees are not refundable by Anti-Crushing Device LLC.
- Please check your country's customs policies before placing an order.
